Established in 1984 by the Gracik family, Elk River Exteriors is a family-owned business that proudly serves Central Minnesota while actively contributing to the community. Elk River Exteriors started in Elk River, MN, but is now headquartered in Zimmerman. We proudly serve a wide range of communities in Minnesota, ranging from Ramsey, Princeton, Big Lake, Becker, Coon Rapids, Rogers, Oak Grove, to Cambridge. With our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction for over four decades, we bring our top-notch home exterior services and remodeling projects to homeowners across these areas. HOW WE BEGAN
In 1984, Elk Rivers Exteriors started their contracting company, working out of their home. Eventually, the company opened an office in downtown Elk River, where we were located for many years until 2017, when we moved to our current location in Zimmerman, MN. Initially, our company focused on siding, but over the last 40 years, we have expanded our home exterior services to include roofing, window/door installation, storm damage repair, gutters, decks and many other remodeling services. ERE continues to evolve and grow while retaining the same high level of quality, craftsmanship and customer service for our clients through Central Minnesota.
OUR TEAM
ERE is a family-owned business with a small but dedicated team of employees who staff our office, complete project estimates, and perform a wide variety of home exterior services. We also have reliable, licensed, and insured subcontractors with whom we have worked for many years and who are involved in completing our many home improvement projects.
